We welcome the public to attend our regular board meetings, which take place in the district boardroom at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. If you would like to approach the board about a concern, please plan to do so during our public call.

Public comments can be made in person in the Board Room at 1717 W. Merced Ave., West Covina, at 6:30 p.m. for items on the Closed Session agenda, and at 7:00 p.m. for general comments or items on the Open Session agenda.
The virtual meeting can be made full screen by double-clicking on the center of the video or by clicking the square in the bottom right-hand corner. Pressing the Esc key will put the view back to the original size.
