Our professional development program is research-based and integrated into our existing programs to align with the expectations of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP). Our district's strategic plan identifies our core focus of:

Within each of these areas, our professional development participants learn to integrate 21st century skills, California State Standards, and student engagement strategies to prepare our students to be college and career ready.
