Beginning Teachers and Administrators

The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing requires all teachers and administrators holding a Preliminary Credential to be enrolled in a Commission-approved California Teacher Induction Program (CTIP) or Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) Induction Program beginning in their first year in the profession or as an administrator. West Covina USD is proud to sponsor the Foothill Consortium Teacher and Administrator Induction Programs which supports new teachers/administrators in earning their Clear Credential. Foothill Consortium supports teachers in West Covina, Bonita, Charter Oak, Claremont, and Glendora Unified School Districts as well as other neighboring districts.
